S-OIL was founded in 1976 in Korea and is currently a leading oil refining and energy company based in Seoul. The company operates in oil refining, lubricants, and petrochemicals. The main shareholder of S-OIL is Saudi Aramco, the national oil company of Saudi Arabia, holding a 63.45% stake.
